Ingredients:
Pineapple – 2 cup
mango – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
Salt – as needed

To Grind:
Coconut – 1 cup (Grated)
Green chilly – 2
Mustard, Jeera – 1/4 tbsp each

To fry :
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tbsp

To Garnish:
Corriander leaves – as needed

Preparation:
Cook the pineapple pieces by adding salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and some water. Cook the mango pieces by adding some water. Take the pulp by blending well in a grinder. Add this to the pineapple mix. Grind well the coconut, green chilly. mustard and jeera. Add this to the pineapple – mango mix. Add salt to this if needed. Add oil to a pan and mustard to it. Add this to the raitha. Keep this in fridge. Add curd and corriander leaves to this, garnish and serve.
