Mango pieces – 1 cup
Dates (seedless) – 6
Savala, Tomato – 1 each
Coconut milk – 1 1/2 tbsp
Chilly powder , Corriander powder, Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp each
Garam Masala , Mustard, Fenugreek – 1/4 tbsp each
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt, Curry leaves – as needed

Preparation :
Pour oil in a Kadai and add mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves to it. Add savala and tomato to this and sort well until the savala turns to brown colour. Add the masala powders to this sorted savala mix. Add the mango pieces and then add coconut milk, dates and some water and keep for some time. When the mango is cooked well, crush it and mix. Serve.
