Ripe Mango with sour taste – 4
Coconut – one half
Curd – ½ liter
Coconut oil – as required
Coriander seed – ½ tea spoon
Fenugreek seed – ½ tea spoon
Dried chilly – 4
Green chilly – 5
Garlic – 4 cloves
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Onion, mustard seed, curry leaves, dried chilly – required to splutter
Salt, curry leaves – as required
Sugar – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation
Grind together the coconut, green chilly, cumin seed and garlic. Take a pan . pour coconut oil and heat. add fenugreek seed, coriander seed,
Dried chilly, curry leaves and sauté. Then add the chopped onions and sauté. Later add turmeric powder, coconut paste, chopped mango and its seed (mangayandi) and required water and boil. When the mango get cooked add the beaten curd and mix. before it start boiling remove it from the stove. Then add sugar, salt and stir. Take a pan, heat oil add mustard seed, curry leaves, dried chilly and allow it to splutter. Then add it in the curry and mix.Can serve hot.
