
Ingredients
Manathakkali ila – 2 cup
Coconut – ½ portion
Onion – 1
Cumin seed – ¾ tea spoon
Dried chilly – 4
Method of preparation
Clean the manathakkali leaves and chop it small. Also chop onion into small pieces. grate the coconut and grind roughly by adding dried chilly and cumin seed. Heat oil in a pan . Add mustard seed, urud dal and fry. When it get fried add coconut and mix. add onion and little oil and fry. Then add the chopped manathakkali leaves , turmeric powder, salt and sauté. The add the roughly prepared Coconut and mix. can serve
