1.Cream – 150 gram
2.Paneer – 700 gram
3.Potato – 700 gram
4.Corn flour – 150 gram
5.Butter – 40 gram
6.Raisins – 50 gram
7.Cashew nut – 50 gram
8.Chilly powder – 35 gram
9.Onion – 250 gram
10.Ghee – 150 gram
11.Pepper -25 gram
12.Salt – as required
13.Rose water – 3 spoon
14.Coriander leaves – 25 gram
15.Ginger – 40 gram
16.Garlic – 20 gram
17.Cardamom – 5
18.milk – 10 milli

Method of preparation

Boil the potato. Then mix the boiled potato and paneer. Add salt, pepper, corn flour and mix and make a dough. Make these dough into small balls. Add cooled butter and raisins into the balls. Fry it in oil till it become light red colour. then heat the oil and saute the onion. Add the chopped ginger, garlic, cardamom, red chillies, pepper into it and saute. Add the beaten curd into it and boil. then add the fried cashew nut. Add the potato balls into it and cook it for 15 minutes. Then add cream and rose water. Decorate it with coriander leaves and can serve hot
