Dal – 75 gm
Salt – as needed
Asafoetida – a pinch
Green chilly – 7
Lime juice – of 3 lemons
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Red chilly – 2
Corriander leaves – little

Cook the dal. Add green chilly to ghee and fry. In some water, add
green chilly, asafoetida and cook. Add the dal to this. Boil it well.
Add corriander leaves. Add salt and lime juice and mix well.
