Ingredients:
Lemon – 1 kg
Salt – 25 gm
Clove – 10 gm
Jeera – 50 gm
Cardamom – 50 gm
Pepper – 25gm
Aymodhakam – 25 gm
Asafoetida – a small piece
Chilly powder – little
Lime juice – as needed

Preparation:
Soak the lemon in water for 2 hours. Dry this and cut it into 4 pieces. Add masala to this. Place all this in a bottle and keep it in sun for a week. Shake occasionally. Add Lime juice. Keep in sun for another 2 to 3 days.
