1.Lady’s finger – 100 gram
2.Besan – 2 table spoon
3.Butter milk – 1cup
4.Salt – as required
5.Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
6.Green chilly – 3
7.Ginger – 1 piece
8.Dried chilly – 3
9.Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
10.Curry leaves -1 strip
11.Coriander leaves – little
12.Oil – 3 table spoon
13.Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Chop Green chillies, ginger, dried chilly, and keep it aside. Take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seed, cumin seed and the above mentioned ingredients and saute. Then add the lady’s finger and saute for some time. Later add butter milk, besan and required salt and boil. then add curry leaves , coriander leaves and can remove from the stove. Can serve hot
