Lady’s finger – 9 nos
Green Chilly ( cut into pieces) – 4 nos
Curd without sour – ¾ cup
Salt – to taste
Curry Leaves – 1 strip
Coconut oil – 6 spoon
Mustard seed – ¼ tsp
Dry chilly ( split) – 3

Method of cooking

Heat the Oil in a pan and fry the cut lady’s finger ( okara) till it become light brown colour. Mix the curd along with curd and salt and keep it aside. Add the fried lady’s finger pieces . Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and dry chilly make it to splutter and add the same into the lady’s finger curd mix.
