Lady’s finger – 200 gm
Carrot – 3
Savala – 1
Coconut – 1 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 spoon
Chilly powder – 1 1/2 spoon
Jeera – 1 spoon
Garlic – 4
Curd – 2 spoon
Jeera – 1/4 spoon
Green chilly – 4
Curry leaves – as needed
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Cut the lady’s finger and carrot in a thick and long way. Cook the carrot by adding salt, water and turmeric powder. When it is half cooked add the lady’s finger and savala to it. Add to this coconut, turmeric powder, green chilly, jeera, garlic and curry leaves grinded. Mix well and add some oil and serve.
