
Ingredients:
Kumbalam – 1 piece
Coconut – half
Curd – 1/4 cup
Green chilly – 2
Shallot – 2
Mustard – 1/2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Curry leaves – as needed
Dried chilly – 2
Preparation:
Cook the kumbalam in some water adding some salt. Grind coconut, green chilly and shallot. Add this to the curd. Add crushed mustard too into this. Add this to the kumbalam. Mix well. Cook well and turn off the stove before it boils. In a pan add oil and add mustard, curry leaves and dried chilly. Add this to the curry and serve.
