Kappathol ( cleaned and scrubbed ) – ½ kilo
Shallots – 100 gram
Kantari mulaku ( split into two) 10 nos
Coconut oil ( to splutter) – as required
Curry leaves – as required
Coconut – ½ portion
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the kappthol into thin large pieces. Cook it by adding turmeric powder . on getting cooked remove the water completely and squeeze out the water content completely. Take a pan. Heat oil and add the mustard seed and allow to splutter. Then add shallots, curry leaves and fry. Add this content in the cooked kappathol. Above it put the kanthari mulaku and grated coconut and mix well. Can serve.
