Pottukadala – 1 cup
Green chilly – 4
Ginger – 1 piece
Salt – as required
Turmeric powder – one pinch
Curry leaves – as required
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the pottukadala in water for three hours. Take the soaked kadala, green chilly and grind it to fine paste. Then again beat it by adding salt, turmeric powder, curry leaves and ginger. Take a pan , add oil and add the mustard seed and curry leaves into it and allow to splutter. Then add the spluttered mix into the beaten chutney and boil it by adding required water. Don’t forget to add curry leaves.
