
Ingredients
Kadachakka – 1
Dried chilly crushed – 2 table spoon
Shallots – 8 cloves
Salt – as required
Oil – 1 table spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Method of preparation
Cook the kadachakka by adding salt. Heat a pan and add oil. When the oil get heated add the crushed shallots and garlic and fry. Add the crushed dried chillies and fry. Then add the cooked kadachakka and fry for some time. Can add the curry leaves and serve hot.
