
Ingredients
Paneer (Cheese) – ¼ kg
Onion – 1
Cumin seed – 1 teaspoon
Red chilly – 4
Black gram – 1 teaspoon
Chilly powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt and oil – as required.
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed and then add the chilly. Add sliced onion and fry. Add spices and curry leaves. When it is fried, add cheese cubes and cook it with the lid on. When it is dried and the spices caught on the cheese put out the flame and serve.
