Jackfruit chips – 1 cup
Onion – 3
Garlic – 2
Ginger – a small piece
Tomato – 1
Green chilly – 1
Oil – as needed
Chilly powder- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt, Water – as needed
Garam masala, corriander leaves – as required

Grind well garlic, ginger and chilly. Cut the tomato to small pieces. In a pan add oil and add the grinded paste and saute, then add tomato to it. Add some water and cook. Then add the chips to this. Cook and then take off from the flame. Add garam masala and corriander leaves and serve.
