
Ingredients:
Jackfruit seed – 250gm
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as needed
Shallot – 1/2 cup
Dried chilly – 3
Garlic – 5 pieces
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Preparation:
Cook the jackfruit seeds in water with salt and turmeric powder. Add mustard to a pan after adding oil. When the mustard splutters, all grinded shallot, dried chilly and garlic to it. Add curry leaves to it and saute well. Add the jackfruit seeds to this and mix well.
