1. Irumban Puli – 8
2.Bitter Gourd – 1/2 cup (cut thin and dried by marinating turmeric powder and salt)
3. Chilly Powder – 1 tea spoon
4. turmeric powder – 1/2 tea spoon
5. salt – as required

In order to make paste
6. grated coconut – 3/4 portion
7. turmeric powder – one pinch
8. cumin seed – one pich
9.shallots – 3 ( to fry)
10. coconut oil – 2 table spoon
11.curry leaves – 2 strip
12. dried chilly (cut) – 2
13. mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation
cut the irumban Puli in round pieces. take an earthen pot . add 300 milli water and then the ingredients from three to five and cook. In between smash it by using spoon. then grind the ingredients from six to nine and make a paste. then add this paste into it. fry the bitter gourd pieces in coconut oil and add to curry. allow it to get boiled. take another separate pan. heat oil and add the ingredients from ten to thirteen and allow to splutter. Add the spluttered mix into the boiling curry and remove from the stove.
