Green chilly – 10
Besan – ¾ cup
Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Lemon juice – 1 tea spoon
Salt / oil – as required

Method of preparation

Slit the green chilly and keep it aside. Besen, coriander powder, chilly powder, salt, lemon juice, and mix well. Add little water and make it into thick paste. Fill this masala inside the slit green chilly. Take a pan and heat oil .fry this stuffed green chilly into it and fry. Can serve hot.
