Ingredients

Tomato – 2 ( chop it )
Salad cucumber – 1
Onion ( cut long) – 1
Olive oil – 1 table spoon
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Oregano – 1/1 tea spoon
Salt, pepper powder – as required
Grated cheese – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Take a salad bowl. Add chopped tomato, cucumber, onion and mix together. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice also. Spread this on top of the vegetables. Also spread the oregano and pepper powder on top of it and can serve.
