Broken wheat – 1 cup
Onion chopped small – 1 cup
Salad cucumber chopped small – ½ cup
Ginger chopped small – 1 table spoon
Green chilly chopped small – 2
Coriander leaves chopped small – one handful
Pudina leaves chopped small – one handful
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the broken wheat in boiled water for ten minutes. After that drain out the water completely and mix all the above ingredients and mix well. Can serve.
