
Ingredients
Raw mango ( cut into square pieces – 1 cup
Gooseberry ( nellikka ) slit into two – 50 gram
Pepper ( crushed) – 1 tea spoon
Gingerly oil – 250 ml.
Hing – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Cumin seed ( crushed ) – 1 table spoon
Green chilly – 4 no
Ginger ( cut into long) – 1 table spoon
Shallots – 1 cup
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan and keep it in low flame. Add hing, chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed crushed, fenugreek seed. Add dried chilly, green chilly, ginger pieces and fry. The add the onion,
Mangoes , salt and splutter. Then remove from the stove. Can store in an air tight container and can use it whenever necessary.
