Ingredients

1.Pumpkin ( chopped) – 1 ½ cup
2.Cheruparippu – 1 table spoon
3.Salt – as required
Turmeric powder – as required
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
4.Onion – cut finely and long – 1 big
Green chilly ( slit into two) 3 small
Garlic ( cut into small pieces) – ½ tea spoon
Ginger ( cut into small pieces ) ½ tea spoon
5.Onion – cut into small pieces – 2 table spoon
Tomato ( removed the skin and cut) – 1
Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
6.Coconut powder ( mixed thick) – ¼ cup
7.Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
8.Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
9.Cashew nut ( chopped) – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Roast the cheruparippu and powder it. Take the pumpkin and 4th ingredients and 1 ½ spoon of coconut oil and fry. Add the 3rd ingredients and cook it by adding thin milk. Roast the the 5th ingredients in oil and grind it. Then dissolve the paste and parippu powder in little water and pour it in the curry.
When it get thickened add the thick coconut milk and remove from the flames. Fry the cashew nut in ghee and add . also can spread the chopped coriander leaves and can serve
