Ingredients:

1. Cauliflower – 1 shredded
2. Tomato sauce-1 tsp
3. Chilly powder-1 tsp
4. Cornflour-2 tsp
5. Maida-1 tsp
6. Pepper Powder-1 tsp
7. Onion – 2 chopped
8. Garlic – 5 nos. finely chopped
9. Green chilly – 2 finely chopped
10. Ajinomotto -1 pinch
11. Chilly Powder – 1 tsp
12. Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
13. Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
14. Salt to taste
15. Oil for cooking
16. Spring Onion – chopped ¼ cup

Preparation:

Make a thick paste of items 2 to 5. Marinate the cauliflower in the mix and fry in oil. In another pan take 2 table spoon of oil and saute the garlic in that add onion and green chilly. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce chilly powder, ajinomottto and salt. Add 2 cups of water and boil. Add fried caulifower and cook till gravy gets thick. Add spring onion and Serve hot.
