Raw plantain – 250 gm
Yam – 250 gm
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Oil – 50 gm
Chilly (dried) – 6
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 strips
Coconut – 2

Grate the coconut and take coconut milk. Cut the vegetables. Add the spices and dried chilly to the coconut milk and add the vegetables to this. Boil the oil and add the grated coconut, curry leaves and jeera, all grinded, and add this to the coconut milk, vegetables mix. When the vegetables begin to cook, add the rest of the grated coconut to it. In another pan, add oil and when it gets hot, add mustard and curry leaves to it. When the curry begins to boil well, add this mustard and curry leaves along with coconut grated to it.
