Egg white – 1
Milk ( remove the cream) – 1 big spoon
Grated cheese – 1 small spoon
Pepper powder – ¼ spoon
Spinach chopped – ½ cup
Salt – as required
Oil – as required

Method of preparation

Beat the Egg white, milk, pepper powder, and salt together. Heat a pan. Pour little oil. Spread the spinach on the pan and when it get half cooked pour the prepared egg mix above it and cook it in low flames. When it get cooked spread the cheese above it and fold it and can serve.
