Ingredients

Palak – 1 ½ cup ( cooked)
Carrot – 2 ( one inch long)
Apple – 1
Tomato – 5- 6 nos
Water – 6 cup
Salt – ¾ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Butter – 1 tea spoon
Egg – 5 nos
Grated cheese – 1 ½ table spoon

Method of preparation :

Clean the carrot, apple and tomato and cut it long. Put these pieces in a pressure cooker, pour six cup of water into it, close the lid and cook it till you hear two whistle. On getting cooled filter it. Then beat in a in a mixer. Keep this beaten mixture in the stove and boil . Take out one cup soup from it .Beat one egg and add. Keep it in the stove till the egg get cooked. Like wise prepare the remaining portion of the soup .
