Coconut – ½ portion
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Garlic – 2 cloves
Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – as required
Curry leaves

Method of preparation

Boil the egg and remove the outer shell. Cut the drum stick (muringakka) into 2 inch long and slit vertically and cook it in required water by adding required salt.

Crush the coconut, garlic, cumin seed, turmeric powder, chilly powder, curry leaves roughly. Add the mix together with the cooked drumstick.

Cut the boiled egg into 4 pieces. Add this egg pieces into the mix and when the water gets completely drained out remove it from the stove.
