Potato – 4
Vegetable oil – 4 table spoon
Sesame seeds – 2 tea spoon
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Onion ( chopped round) – 2
Tomato ( paste ) – 1
Cashew nut – 10
Kismis – 15
Peas boiled – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Aamchur powder ( raw mango dried and powdered – ¼ tea spoon
Green chilly ( cut long) – 2
Coriander leaves – 1 strand
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Boil the potato in salt water . then cut it into two piece. Take a pan add the sesame seed and roast it till it become brown colour and keep it aside. take a pan pour oil and put the cumin seed into it. when it gets red colour add tomato and saute. Add cashew nut and when it gets red colour add tomato and saute. Add salt, garam masala, chilly powder, aamchur powder, green chilly, coriander leaves into it and saute for one minute. Peel off the skin from the boiled potato and add the pieces into it and cook it for five minutes. Then spread the roasted sesame seeds on top of it. the add the boiled pas, kismis and can remove from the stove.
