Ingredients

Gopi – Cauli flower – 800 gram
Ginger – 2 piece ( cut long)
Tomato – 2 no ( cut into small pieces)
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
Curd – 1 table spoon
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Cook the cauli flower little bit by adding turmeric powder, garam masala powder and required water. Fry the other ingredients and add the cooked cauli flower into it and cook it by closing the lid. If required add little water.
