
Ingredients
1. Mango – 1
2. Dates, seedless – 12
3. Black gram – 2 tea spoon
4. Asafetida – few
5. Salt
6. Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
7. Curry leaves – 10
8. Red chilly – 4
Method
Peal the mango and cut into pieces. Crush the dates. Fry the black gram until red. Add chilly and curry leaves and fry slightly. Grind this with asafetida, salt and mango. Add dates and salt and rind well. Chammanti is ready.
