Dates (seed removed and chopped – 250 gram
Carrot chopped into small pieces – 250 gram
Dried chilly – 30 gram
Sugar – 1 tea spoon
Vinegar – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – as required

Method of preparation
Take the dates, required vinegar, dried chilly and grind it in a mixer to make paste. Take a glass bottle and add chopped carrots into it. After that add the prepared paste into it. Close the glass bottle and keep it in refrigerator for two days. The pickle without Oil can be used after two days.
