
Ingredients:
Raw Mango – 3/4 cup (cut)
Dried chilly – 2 tbsp (crushed)
Mustard – 1 tbsp (soaked in warm water)
Asafoetida – 1/2 tbsp
Gingelly oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as required
Preparation:
Grind the mango in the mixer. Add gingely oil to a pan and when heated add chilly, mustard and saute well. Add mango, salt and asafoetida to this.Keep for sometime.
