Ingredients

Lady’s Finger – 250 gram
Bengal Gram flour ( kadalamavu) – 3 table spoon
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala powder – ½ tea spoon
Cumin powder – ½ tea spoon
Chat masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Lemon – 1
Salt / Oil

Method of preparation

Clean the lady’s finger well and wipe out the water. Cut the lady’s finger into four long pieces. Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder , cumin powder, chat masala powder and mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Remove the water from the mix. Add Bengal gram flour , corn flour into it and mix. Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated lady’s finger into it and fry. Take out the same from the oil and put it in a tissue paper. When the oil completely goes add the lemon juice above it and can serve.
