Ingredients

1.Cauliflower – 1/2 kilo
2.Maida / corn flour – 1/4 cup each
3.Egg – 1
4.Salt – as required
5.White pepper powder – 1/2 tea spoon
6.Water – 250 milli
7.Oil – to fry

Remove the Cauliflower from the stem and pluck the petals and keep it aside. Mix the Ingredients from 2 to 6 and make a thick paste. Dip the cauliflower petals in to maida cauliflower mix and fry.
1. Ginger, Garlic chopped – 15 gram each
2. Onion chopped – 20 gram
3. Celery , green chilly chopped – 15 gram each
4. chilly paste – 1 1/2 cup
5. Tomato Sauce – 5 tea spoon
6. spring Onion – 2 ring

Method of preparation
Heat oil in a pan. add the ingredients from one to three and saute. then add the ingredients from 4 to 5 and boil it by adding little water. then add the required salt and water . add water to corn flour and make loose batter. then add this batter into it. when the gravy get thickened add the fried cauliflower and mix. finally add the spring onion on top of it and serve.
