1.Mushroom ( chopped thin) – 250 gram
2.Shallots ( chopped) – 2
3.Chicken or vegetable stock – 500 milli
4.Karuvayila – 1
5.Salt – as required
6.Pepper ( crushed) – little
7.Corn flour – 1 table spoon
8.Water – 2 table spoon
9.Fresh cream – to decorate

Method of preparation

1.Take a cooker, add the chopped mushroom , shallots, chicken stock, karuvyila, pepper crushed and little salt and cook.
2. After getting steamed keep it for 2 more minutes and remove the steam quickly.
3.Keep aside the karuvayila and after getting cooked grind it in mixer.
4.Again keep it in the stove and when it get boiled dissolve the corn flour in water and pour it into it.

5.Before serving add the cream and mix. Then spread the friend mushroom on top of it and serve.
