Ingredients

1.Chuvanna Cheera – 1 cup
2.Curd – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Shallots – 10
Cumin seed ¼ tea spoon
Raw pepper – 10
Salt – as required
3.Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Fenugreek seed – ¼ tea spoon
Dried chilly – 4
Curry leaves – 2 strand

Method of preparation

Chop the chuvanna cheera and sauté in coconut oil by adding required salt. Take the second mentioned ingredients and grind it to fine paste. Then add the paste in to the cheera and mix. Then fry the third mentioned ingredients and add into the cheera.
