1. coconut -grated 1
2. Red Chilly-100gms
3.Asafetida- 1 small piece
4.Coriander -1 table spoon
5. Bengal gram – 1 1/4 cup
6.Chick pea- 1 cup
7. Tamarind-  one small ball
8.Curry leaves, salt, oil – as required
In a frying pan  add 1/2 table spoon of oil heat and get the asafetida fried. Fry coriander , bengal gram, chic pea separately. Fry the red chillies adding 1/4 teaspoon salt. Fry the grated coconut and curry leaves together till  the coconut turns red.  grind the fries asafetida, red chillies and salt  add Bengal gram ,chick peas and coriander and grind again.To this add coconut and tamarind  grind  again and store in  a dry air tight container.
