Ingredients

Unakka Chundakaya – 100 gram
Coriander seed – 100 gram
Cumin seed – 100 gram
Dried ginger – 50 gram
Pepper – 50 gram
Vepila – 2 cup
Uzhunnu parippu – ¼ cup
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take 2 tea spoon of oil in a pan. Fry the unakka chundaya into it and keep it aside. Fry coriander seed, uzhunnu parippu, and pepper in oil till the uzhunnu parippu gets golden colour. Just heat the Dried ginger and cumin seed and keep it aside. Fry the curry leaves. Combine all this and make fine powder.
