
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken – 250 gram
Onion – 150 gram
Masala – 2.5 spoon
Pepper powder – As required
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Method of preparation
Clean the chicken pieces well and put it a vessel. Cook it by adding 6 cup of water. When it get boiled add the onion, masala powder, pepper powder , turmeric powder, cumin seed and boil it . Drain out the water by boiling and reduce the measure of water to 2 cup. Then filter it and can serve.
