
Ingredients
1. Unnipinidi – chopped into small pieces – one cup
2. Sprouted Green Gram ( mulapicha cherupayar) – ¼ glass.
3. Grated coconut – ½ glass
4. Shallots – 3 cloves
5. Garlic – 5 cloves
6. Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
7. Dried chilly – 5 nos
8. Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
9. Coriander leaves – ½ tea spoon
10. Curry leaves – as required
11. Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
12. Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Cook the sprouted green gram . heat coconut oil in a pan. Add the mustard seed and allow it to splutter, then add the curry leaves and after that add the crushed ingredients from Four to Seven. Fry these in coconut oil and add turmeric powder, coriander powder , grated coconut and saute . add chopped unnipindi and sprouted green gram and cook for 10 minutes.
