1. Cherunaranga ( lemon ) – 3
2. Green chilly – 5
3. Jaggery – 100 gram
4. Hing paste – one drop
5. Salt – as required
6. Pacha kothamalli – little

Method of preparation

Squeeze the lemon and take out the juice. Add the chopped green chilly into it. then powder the jaggery and add along with it. add salt and hing also. Then chop the pacha kothamalli and add into it. take a pan. Pour little oil and add mustard seed into it and allow it to splutter. Add the spluttered mix into the prepared chammanthi.
