
Ingredients
Chembila – 10
Shallots – 5
Kanthari – 5
Coconut – ¼ cup
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – one pinch
Kudampuli slit – 3 small cloves
Rice starch – as required
Coconut oil, salt – as required
Method of preparation
Slit the chembila into two and roll and tie it. take grated coconut, add coriander leaves, turmeric powder, into it and grind it roughly. Add onion, green chilly, prepared paste, kudampuli, salt, turmeric powder, and little water and boil. Then add the chembila into it and cook it low flame. While removing add the coconut oil into it. (even the name is thoran it is in curry type.)
