
Ingredients
Chembil Thalu ( chopped ) – 2 cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Chilly powder – 1 spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Shallots – 3 no
Tamarind juice – 3 tea spoon
Oil – as required
Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
Fenugreek seed – ½ tea spoon
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Dried chilly crushed – 2
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Cook the thal by adding required salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder. Add the tamarind juice into it. When the curry gets boiled remove it from the stove. Take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seed, fenugreek seed and curry leaves and allow to splutter. Then put it in the prepared curry and can serve.
