Ingredients
Cheese – 100 gram
Mushroom – 15
Green chilly – 4
Garlic – 4
Besan – ½ cup
Baking soda – ½ tea spoon
Corn flour – 2 table spoon

Bread crumbs -1 cup
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take salt, oil and grated cheese in a vessel. Add garlic, green chilly, pepper powder , salt and mix. Take another vessel and add besan, corn flour, baking soda and mix. then mix the both the mix together. Add required water and make a paste. Clean the mushroom thoroughly and remove the stem portions. Then dip the mushroom in the batter and spread it with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mushrooms. Cheese mushroom pakoda is ready. Can serve with sauce
