Ingredients

White chick peas ( vella kadala / channa ) – 100 gram
Tomato -1
Onion – 1
Onion ( chopped) – 1 cup
Cuin seed – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – little
Mint leaves (pudina) – little
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as required
Chilly powder – ¼ tsp
Lemon – 1

Method of preparation

Soak the white chick peas on water the whole night. In the morning cook it in a pressure cooker. Grind the tomato , onion little coriander leaves, mint leaves (pudina) cumin seed into paste. Take a pan and heat oil. Add the chopped onion and fry. Add the grinded paste into it . also add required salt, chilly powder , cooked white chick peas, and fry. After that add garam masala and mix well. Channa masala is ready. Put of the flames and also can add lemon juice into the channa masala
