Ingredients

1.Coconut – 2
2.Tamarind – 50 gram
3.Shallots – 10 gram
4.Dried chilly – 10 gram
5.Pepper – 2 spoon
6.Hing – as required

Method of preparation

1.Fry the grated coconut, shallots, dried chillies, pepper till it becomes light red colour.
2.Powder the fried ingredients by adding hing, salt and tamarind
