Ingredients

Jack fruit flesh and seed – 30
Garlic – 4 cloves
Curry leaves – little
Coconut oil – 4 spoon
Grated coconut – 2 cup
Chilly powder – 4 spoon
Cumin seed – 4 pinch

Method of preparation

Cut the jack fruit flesh into long pieces. then clan the jack fruit seed, add required water , chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep it in the stove and cook. Grate the coconut , add the remaining chilly powder and grind it. add crushed cumin seed, garlic and curry leaves into it and mix well. When the jack fruit gets cooked well add this mix into it and again cook. Have to be careful that it is not getting over cooked. Remove it from the stove . pour little coconut oil and can serve.
