Ingredients

1.Cauli flower – 2 cup
2.Onion – 2 no
3.Cloves , cardamom , cinnamon powdered – 1 ½ tea spoon
4.Pepper – 10 nos
5.Ginger – small piece
6.Green chilly – 1 ½ cup
7.Coconut milk ( Onnam pal) – 1 cup
8. Randam pal – 1 ½ cup
9. Moonam Pal – 1 ½ cup
10.Curry leaves – 1 strip
11.Salt – as required
12.Coconut Oil – 2 table spoon
13.Onion / Coconut oil , mustard seeds – to splutter

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan Add Cauli Flower , onion, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom , pepper . ginger . green chilly and fry. When the raw smell goes off add the coconut milk (munnam pal) and cook. When the gravy get drained add salt and pour the thin coconut milk ( randam pal) . when the gravy get drained add the thick coconut milk ( onnam pal ) and remove from the flames. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seed and allow it it splutter, Add the spluttered mix into the prepared stew.
