Cauliflower chopped – 3 cup
Besan – 2 tea spoon
Curd – ½ cup
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – ¼ tea spoon
Garam Masala powder – ¼ tea spoon
Hing – ¼ spoon
Fenugreek seed – ¼ spoon
Mustard seed – ¼ spoon
Ginger – 1 piece
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation
Boil oil in a pan. Add cumin seed, mustard seed and fennel seed into it and make it splutter. Then add hing into it and mix. Then add besan into it and when it gets fried, add ginger, green chilly and masala powders and salt into it and mix. Add little curd and water into it and stir, later add cauliflower pieces into it , mix and cook it by closing the lid.
After getting cooked, remove from the stove, add the chopped coriander leaves and can serve hot
